Octron is an AI-powered system designed to help users move from request to result. Depending on the features available, Octron may generate content, perform actions, communicate through third-party channels, and make limited autonomous decisions in the course of completing tasks. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Octron uses artificial intelligence and connected systems to process requests and produce outputs. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your use case. Octron is not a substitute for legal, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice.
You may use the Service only in compliance with applicable law. You may not use it to violate any law, infringe rights, invade privacy, harass others, distribute malware, interfere with the Service, or build competing products using our outputs.
You retain your rights in Input you provide. Subject to applicable law, you may use Output generated for you. You are responsible for ensuring your Input does not violate law or these Terms.
The Service may integrate with third-party providers. We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, policy changes, or failures outside our reasonable control.
Some parts of the Service may be in beta. These features may be incomplete, unstable, changed, or discontinued at any time.
The Service is owned by Octron or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Service without permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OCTRON DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OCTRON WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED USD $100.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
